It appears that this rare appearance holder for the iPhone was introduced at CES last week and I missed it. The device is called the Smoothee Steadicam and is the company that makes the fantasy mounts for the cameras used to shoot films and television programs.
I have a video recorded on my iPhone before and to be honest I’m not sure the quality is good enough to justify the Steadicam mount the thing. If you like the idea of recording video with the iPhone’s camera and the idea of holding a great assembly ugly enough to record with this can be for you.
The assembly measures 14.5 “x 2.5″ in the operational configuration and has an ergonomic retractable. The device also includes a DVD that offers advice on how to get the best quality by using the gadget. The price is unknown, but it better be cheap. If it costs too could only buy a better video camera with built-in shake reduction.
